You can't accelerate growth by doing the same thing faster. You have to do different things clearly.

I took a struggling vertical from 15% growth to 40% growth. The path started with one thing: radical clarity. Not just about targets, but about why we were chasing them and what changes needed to happen.

Most businesses try to grow by applying more pressure. Work harder, sell more, cut costs. That's the wrong lever. Growth comes from clarity about what's working, what's not, and where to focus.

We mapped the entire funnel, identified where we were leaking customers, and redesigned those specific areas. We didn't try to improve everything; we improved what mattered most. We didn't ask for 50% more effort; we redirected effort toward higher-impact activities.

Clarity eliminates wasted motion. When everyone understands the path, movement becomes efficient.
